Glass at Ovenuis, from notes. Hazy to cloudy brown color, tan head. Aroma of figs, dates, caramel, subtle spice. Taste is sweet dark fruit and toasted caramel. Decent.

33cl glass @ Het Ovenhuis, Watou. Pours a deep hazy brown, aroma of sweet malts and caramel, taste is balanced and smooth, with sweet caramel, wood, light spice, candi sugar and dried fruit. Extremely drinkable and moreish. Not too dissimilar to Grottenbier.
