A small bottle from their brewhouse, drunk at home here in Taipei; labelled ‘India[n] Pale Ale’. Aroma: restrained citric, vaguely hoppy. Appearance: a very lively pour, semi-opaque oxtail soup, lots of beautiful little bubbles rising, an enormous cap of tan cream. Palate: medium-bodied and slick, average carbonation despite the froth; finish is rather astringent. Taste: lightly bitter with astringency, no real citric flavour, though plenty of pine, a little bit of biscuit. Quite refreshing.

Keg at RedDot Boat Quay, Singapore. Almost clear copper colour, small head. Caramelly nose with some grapefruit peels. Sweet and plump, medium to full bodied with clean, rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and resin hits hard, some Earl Grey tea. Inky bitter finish. Not great.

Clear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, moderate hoppy, flowers, grass - leather. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, flowers, grass - leather, sweet malt, fruity malt, fruity hops, peach. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle, TTOD(U)RBSG17. Cloudy amber, small offwhite froth. Grapefruit, light pine and peach aroma. Bitter flavour, grapefruit, a little malt. Quite dry. Bitterness gets a little weird in the finish.

Sampled @ 10th Danish Ratebeer Gathering, Ulfborg, Day 1. Slightly hazy yellow color, small white to off-white head. Smell and taste lightly malts, nice soft peachy fruity hoppiness, lightly fruit hop bitter, moderate bitterness overall. Decent body and carbonation. Quite nice.

Sampled @ The Tenth Official Danish Ratebeer Summer Gathering 2017, Day 1. A almost clear deep golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of citrus, some spruce, toasted malt. Taste of citrusy bitter hops, herbs, toasted malt, mild bitter finish.
