Wird irgendwie in Alaska gebraut, hat aber den Namen von der Bryce Canyon Region und dort hab ich es auch bekommen. Also gibt’s doch Alkohol über 4% in Utah. Worschd, ran ans Glas! Optisch kölschig, in der Nase malzig bräsig. Im Trunk leicht maischig, wässrig. Hinten leicht bitter. Kölsch will ich das eigentlich nicht nennen. Eher ein leichtes Pils. Geht schon.

At Capital Brew fest.
This was poured into a mini snifter.
The appearance was a nice looking yellow color with a decent transparency rising in it. Light lacing clung here and there.
The smell had a nice blend of sweet citrus to malty sweetness of a slight sweet corn malt to it. Light spicy effects rail my nose in a nice way.
The taste was mainly sweet through more of a lemon sweet and almost bittersweet appeal.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a fairly decent sessionability about it. The carbonation seemed appropriately styled for the beer. It left a really nice sweet lemon aftertaste.
Overall, really nice kolsch I am wishing I could get on a regular basis. Oh well, just gotta make it up to Fairbanks for this.
