We’re thrilled to share our latest collaboration with our friends at @trackbrewingco—Amonos, a Session West Coast Pils that celebrates exploration, friendship, and the easy-drinking spirit of classic British and American beers alike.

Inspired by Track’s beloved session pale ale, Sonoma—itself born from travels along the West Coast—Amonos reimagines that beer’s hop-forward vibrancy through a crisp lager lens. Brewed with Citra, Mosaic, and Centennial, it pours a bright, sunlit yellow and opens with notes of citrus peel, grapefruit, and freshly cut grass. Subtle malt character supports a touch of bitterness, giving way to a clean, snappy finish that invites another sip.

Amonos is a beer made for long afternoons, good company, and stories shared across oceans—an homage to friendship and the joy of brewing without borders.

Pours slightly hazed yellow gold into a willi. Bright white head with good retention recedes to coat surface. Pine aromas. Crisp and dry with citrus pith, tree bark and earthy pine front to back. Lasting pith finish.

Canned 10/29/25, drunk 11/20/25, as pictured.
A bit grassy, quite fruity, quite woody. No scallion nor resin. Very light honey and white bread balances, for the most part, but the woodiness is rather pervasive.
Clean and malty with good attenuation and a bit of honey-like suppleness and a hint of breadiness. I know they can't all be tropical fruit and citrus juice bombs, but even so, this seems a bit too woody, grassy and drily spicy. Maybe just a bit too attenuated for the hop character here.
