This complex 10% Imperial Stout brings two Dalmatian delicacies, Figs and Carob, to the forefront. Exceptionally smooth and rich, it’s built on roasted malts that yield layers of dark chocolate, bold espresso and molasses.

0.44 l can. Dark. Aroma is chocolate, nutty, roasty, some dried fruit and some carob. Full body, thick, slightly sticky, soft texture, smooth, soft carbonation, slick, sweet, alcohol hidden, not hard to drink. Flavour is hot chocolate, milk chocolate, chocolate pudding, nutty, soft touch of molasses and dried fruit. A hint of red fruit. Finishes sweet and lightly warming.

Can from Pomalo ZG, shared with the ST crew. Very dark brown body, blackish, off-whtie ehad. Nutty aroma, light chocolate and carob. Sweet, smooth taste, creamy, bit nutty and caramelly, salty, light alcohol - quite well hidden really. Pretty tasty, the best of the Winter bunch, but a letdown compared to the old version!

Dark ruby, opaque colour, small brownish head. Roasted aroma with some fruity notes, licorice, light earthyness. Full-bodied. Roasted, sweet licorice, figs in the flavour. Good balance. Ok.

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Black coloured, medium sized beige head, chocolate and light carob in the nose. Light roasted malt, chocolate, caramel, some carob, touch of alcohol and lactose with sweet finish. Moderate alcohol.
