Amb els nostres amics del brewpub mallorquí La Velo, hem agafat la bici per experimentar noves aventures i descobrir combinacions de llúpols i cereals que ens porten a una NEIPA fresca i afruitada. Amb els llúpols de Nova Zelanda Nectaron i Idaho 7, obtenim una explosió tropical amb notes intenses de pinya, fruita de la passió i préssec, complementades amb un toc cítric i resinós. Tindràs una sensació de carbonatació mitjana-baixa, textura vellutada i un final refrescant. Una NEIPA vibrant i aromàtica, perfecta per als amants del llúpol i l’aventura.

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, creamy dense white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely, slightly dank, sweet oats, some tropical fruits, mango, prickly pear, a bit spicy, some cardamom, malty backbone. MF: soft carbon, medium to full body, creamy texture. Taste: sweet start, tropical fruits, some banana, good bitterness, juicy, some orange peel, a bit resinous. Aftertaste: very bitter, hoppy, resinous, some hop burn, tropical fruits, papaya, spicy, grassy touch, a little dank.
