Draft at the source. Clear golden color. Aroma of light hay. Taste has lightly funky and peppery lemon.

Bottle in Glenwood Springs, thanks to SHIG. Pours a murky darkish orange appearance with a white head. Light caramel, Blood orange, grapefruit, bread aroma. Dull carbonation. Goopy, caramel, highly bitter, herbal, bland flavor. Not that good.

This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a one finger white foamy head that dissipated within about a light thirty seconds. Slim to light lacing appeared in the wake of the head.
The smell had a light woodiness surrounding a light peachy and a semi - champagne sort of dried citrus thing going on.
The taste had a dried sweet citrus and peachy woodiness. There’s a fair amount of dried peachy/woodiness in the aftertaste that lead to a dry finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body. She’s a decent sipper.
Overall, as much as I let this warm to room temperature, I couldn’t really get into this. I wonder if I had another one to age maybe the woodiness would balance out.
