Smooth, slightly roasty and heavy with cherry jammy notes, oak, barrel, vanilla, chocolate sauce and cocoa. Loads of cherry chocolate here. Surprisingly balanced still, not as tart or sour as I feared. Quite elegant slow sipper.

A deep dark stout with no head and mauve hues. In aroma, sweet fruity chocolate malt with cherries, woody notes, light nuts, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, loads of Maraschino Cherries, light vanilla, woody notes, alcohol warmth, very nice and rich. On tap at brewery.
