"For this month’s Signature Edition, we added sweet Amarena cherries to a Philly-soured beer not just a few, but a lot!

We also packed it with cacao and a hint of lactose.
The result? One of our favourite pastries: the German Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte… but liquid!

A: hazy red, small, foamy, pink head.
A: pralines, cherry, raspberry coulis, children's yoghurt, red candy.
T: sweet-sour cherry, red candy, jam, touch of chocolate.
F: tart cherry, yoghurt & jam.
P: medium body, slick-sticky texture, average carbonation.
Just a tad too sticky, perhaps a bit more body could have helped out here.

A slightly hazy pinkish red beer with a light pinkish head. Aroma of mid sweet red berries, some cherries. Taste of mid sweet cherries, grains, straw.
