Waiting Game, made with our Northern counterparts Balance, has been a long time in the making. Fermented with both breweries’ mixed yeast cultures, then united and given a light dry hop with Tettnanger Saphir. This is a celebration of modern rustic beer.

Can. RAD Beer. Hazed orange. Decent sticky white foam. Looks well. Nose has rye. Brett. Unripe oranges. Oak. Taste is dry tart and moderately bitter. Good depth with lots of flavour. Fine crisp fizz. Tart dry finish with a nicely zippy hop bitterness. Good gear. Very smashable.

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A translucent brushed golden orange coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is nice big funked brett, lemon rind, rustic grains, straw, some medicinal hops, leafy, Flavour is composed of tart lemon curd, funky brett, sour pithy yogurt, bretty funk, sour musty grapes, lemon rind, straw, hay. loose grains. Palate is tart and tangy, highish spritzy carbonation. Good balance.

Unbelievably puckering. If a farmer from Belgium, Norway, or Lithuania brewed a beer like this back in the day, he probably would've dumped it. It's a collaboration with Balance (another great brewery) so I expected some... balance. Oh well, it's not bad.
