Tap at the brewery pub for the Šťáhlavická pivoluce. Courtesy of the folks there, as I was helping Raven out, huge thanks! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Buttery, herbal aroma, light acetaldehyde... not hardcore, but shaky still. Sweetish meady honey profile on light maltiness, with herbal hoppy touches, ending in low bitterness. Cleaner on the taste than in the aroma and with okay balance. Still... come on, maybe a bit of a longer rest?
