Brewed with 9 different malts and boiled for over 3 hours creates a thick and luscious base stout recipe. Maple and Pecan flavourings were added to replicate a classic sweet treat, additional vanilla was added to provide a creamy finish to the beer.

Moderately sweet, but still quite ashy and dry. Some
Bitter cocoa, scorched earth. Super dry finish. Balance is a little off but not bad.

Pitch black topped with a lasting khaki head.
Nose is cocoa powder, toffee, dark malts, charr.
Taste comprises mellow roast, caramel chocolate, nutty, spice.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close.
Decent stout.
