Ginger and orange are simply part of Christmas. Our liquid “Zázvorka” warms, refreshes and, with a pinch of spice, offers a twist on tradition. The perfect choice for anyone tired of holiday sweets and looking for something a little different.
Ginger and orange – a duo that smells like Christmas. You’ll find them in cookies, jams, punches and candies. They’re warming, citrus-fresh and a perfect match. And that’s exactly what our Christmas sour, Zázvorka, is built on. Into a sour base we’ve added a generous dose of freshly pressed ginger juice, roasted organic oranges with peel, and a mix of festive spices – cinnamon, cloves, star anise and more, the very essence of the holidays. The result is Zázvorka with a bright citrus backbone, a spicy ginger kick and a gentle spiced finish. It’s reminiscent of Christmas candies – but instead of sweetness it delivers refreshment, a touch of warmth and the perfect escape for those moments when you’ve had enough holiday sugar and crave something different.

From tap @ Beerdock. Head is thin, white, quick gone. Colour is gold, clear. Aroma is ginger, spicy. Taste is ginger lemonade, bit citrus, lemon, low carbonation, ok.

Tap at Lya. Lightly hazy golden body, white head going away soon. Ginger dominates the light aroma, touch of citrus. Lean, dry taste, lemony, some ginger, pleasant, very light, teeny tiny burn. Not bad at all!
