500 ml bottle. Pours a hazy gold with lots of suspended stuff. Aromas of floral gin, lemons, muted quince and sharp wheaty malts. Flavors follow same with more pronounced quince. Like a gin cocktail, so nice in that way…

Pale. Slight haze. Massive gin aroma, on the palate it retains the dry, earthy quince qualities, the body of the graf, but layers on a nice effervescence and a somewhat heavy gin character, especially lavender.

On tap at Threefold, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma is dominated by the gin barrel, with the quince and bugginess taking a major backseat compared to the standard Quince Graf. Flavour is likewise dominated by a pungent, floral, gin botanical character, with mild spiciness, followed by intense quince core. The gin barrels definitely work with the base graf, but there’s a level of abrasiveness that holds this back from being exceptional.

500ml @ Brian's shared with Phill.
Aroma: mix of gin, quince, and funk.
Taste: along the same lines, soapy.
Overall: interesting.

On tap at Threefold. Pours hazy pale gold with a white head. Tons of ginny juniper berries and tart quince on the nose. Flavour has fairly juicy quince, low-to-moderate tartness, a healthy dose of juniper berries, and light acidity. I like how this comes together, the gin barrel works well with the quince and is pretty well-incorporated. A bit of time aging outside the barrel and I think this would be even better.
