Session West Coast IPA v sérii Easy Going s velmi suchým, aromatickým a hořkým profilem, kde subtilní tělo podporuje pitelnost a dominanci chmelového charakteru. Galaxy přináší tóny nektarinky, ananasu a passion fruit, Simcoe borovici, pryskyřici a grapefruit. Hluboce prokvašeno kalifornským kmenem kvasnic s minimálním zbytkovým extraktem (pod 2 %).

Galaxy delivers nectarine, pineapple and passion fruit, while Simcoe adds pine, resin and grapefruit. Fermented with a clean California yeast strain to deep attenuation, with minimal residual extract (under 2 %).

Ein nicht sehr hübsches, aber angenehm spritziges und erfrischendes West Coast IPA 🌉 wie es sein soll🌁.
Es erfreut mit tropisch-fruchtigen Aromen 🍍🥭🥝 und einem leichten Abgang, ohne fad zu werden.
Die einzelnen Aromen sind wirklich toll, was zum Top-Bier fehlt, ist ein nicht so sehr ausgeprägter Gesamtaromenbaum.
Es erfreut mit tropisch-fruchtigen Aromen 🍍🥭🥝 und einem leichten Abgang, ohne fad zu werden.
Die einzelnen Aromen sind wirklich toll, was zum Top-Bier fehlt, ist ein nicht so sehr ausgeprägter Gesamtaromenbaum.

(Draft at Akkurat, Stockholm, 14 Nov 2025) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, peaches, pineapple and orange. Hoppy, fruity taste with notes of citrus, pineapple, pine needles, peaches, resin, white bread and a balanced citric/resiny bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Hoppy and refreshing. Very nice.

Tap at Drinkøteka. Cleeear, crystal clear golden body, white head. Berry and resin aroma, perfumey, floral. Resinous, mango peel, dry, bitterish taste, lightly astringent. Okay. Loved the aroma, the taste less so!

Can at Bistro Zizkov, Östersund. Little soap on teh nose. Light appearnace. Sherbet ending but still plenty of west coast vibes. Easily drinkable.

Thin body, med carbo. Med-high bitter, low sweet. Background malty, pretty clean. Medium strength hops character, very classic citrusy, exotic hops character. Good, easy drinking.
