Mexican lager nemusí být nudný! Tenhle ležák s kukuřičnými vločkami jsme ozvláštnili limetovými listy a trochou soli. Výsledkem je svěží, citrusový, pěkně pitelný ležák.
Složení: Voda, ječný slady (plzeňský, mnichovský), torifikovaná kukuřice, chmel (Gaia, Mosaic), limetové listy, sůl. Spodně kvašeno.

A touch cloudy with a white head. Big perfume and floral notes, potpourri, citrus, minerals, maybe some light pale malts notes. Zesty and spicy finish that leaves a long lasting potpourri taste. It’s a very interesting beer. Hard to drink a full pint but fun for a few sips.

Can. Malty aroma and taste, corn, medium bitter. Medium body, malty corny bitter sweet finish. Weird.

Justičná tasting, apríl/2026. Aroma of maze, light malt, lemon leaves, light zest. Taste is very similar, corn, malt, lemon leaves, zest. OK.

Tap at Pivní kult. Hazy golden body, off-white small head, medium retention. Lime leaves, bit dusty, fruity-tart, DMS touches. Soft malty taste, sweetish, lightly corny, lovely lime profile, low salt. No bitterness, bit minerally. Fine!

Only light limey flavouring, mostly a clean lager, hint of salt. Feels clean and easy drinking. I wish for more flavour oomph, but that might just be the cold outside. Good though.
