A: hazy red, small, foamy, off-white head.
A: fresh raspberry, raspberry coulis, wheat, lemon zest, yoghurt.
T: sour raspberry, lemon, yoghurt.
F: tart raspberry juice, bit bitter berry skin.
P: light body, slick texture, soft carbonation.
Utterly drinkable, but very restrained.
