Imperial Stout Aged in 6yr Pikesville Straight Rye Whiskey and Heaven Hill Whiskey barrels. for 12 months with Ancho Chili & Fig

Rich and mysterious, Ancho & Fig Parabola offers a layered experience from the first sip to the last. The deep, coffee-brown liquid reveals hints of ruby red when held up to the light, a visual promise of the boldness within. With a nose that evokes dark chocolate and freshly ground espresso, this imperial stout is further lifted by the sweet, almost jam-like aroma of ripe figs. The warmth of ancho chile weaves through the body, adding just enough spice to complement the smooth, bourbon-soaked oak character imparted by months of aging in rye whiskey barrels. Its velvety texture coats the palate with a full-bodied richness, while a whisper of carbonation keeps each sip lively, making it a beer worth savoring slowly. Rare and refined, this brew brings together the deep comfort of dark malt with the intrigue of bold, unexpected flavors. Enjoy this beer now, or cellar in a cool, dark place between 45Β°F and 55Β°F. Allow it to warm up in the glass when serving.

Dark brown. Thin head. Has a nice fruity accent, light fruit and nice whiskey. On the palate, it's got a nice sweetness, light fig, some ancho, soft body. Rounded. Good whiskey, beautiful balance, almost a honeyish note.

12 oz. bottle, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma is loaded with dark dried fruits, medium roast, a touch of bourbon, no notice of the chilis. Flavour is wonderfully complex and cohesive, with lots of fig, a really lovely but gentle ancho chili, moderate bourbon, medium roast, and some dark roast. That ancho really works beautifully as a subtly, combining with the bourbon, roast and fig. This is fantastic.
