Panda Harvest vychází z receptury našeho oblíbeného tmavého ležáku Black Panda, je ale uvařený ze 100 % čerstvého chmele v den jeho sklizně. Náš sládek tentokrát vybral českou odrůdu Rubín, která svou výraznější hořkostí nádherně doplňuje aroma praženého sladu a jeho tóny pražené kávy. Panda Harvest není sladký, má plnější tělo a vyšší nevtíravou hořkost. Svěžest čerstvého chmele s kořeněným a bylinným aroma, příjemný říz a sušší vyznění z něho dělají pitelný tmavý ležák, který určitě stojí za ochutnání.

Side Pull from Peders - Roasted and toasted malty aroma and taste, nice hoppy undertones coming through, lightly charred brown sugar, touch of coffee roast, nice body and mouthfeel, light hoppy and dry malty lingering finish. Lovely.

Draught @ Delaneys, Odense. Pours Dark Nearly Black with a small creamy head and lacings. Chewy and nutty. Slight roast and coffee. Grassy hoppy finish. 3.9

Draught at the brewpub - Black with a foamy head. Coffee and some slightly toasted notes in the aroma. Liquorice, blackcurrant, chocolate and even some notes of cinnamon in the taste.

Med body, med carbo. Med-high bitter, combo hoppy and roasty. Light sweetness, quite dry. Medium dark chocolate coffeeish roast malt, med-light herbal grassy hops. Good balance, very tasty. Very good.

On tap at Vinohradský, pours a cloudy dark brown with a medium beige head. Aroma has plenty of dank hops, toasted malt, earthy notes, and a touch of coffee. Flavour has a nice hop-forward character, with earthy, toasted malt and some roast. Never had fresh Czech hops, but this is pretty invigorating. Good stuff.

Tap at the brewpub with mcberko. Very dark brown body, tan head. Pleasantly nutty aroma, herbal, brown sugar. Lean, dry taste, minerally, herbal, smooth, nutty, smooth, bit flat, dry, light astringency, some bitterness. Rubín is not the most common of hops, single hops are rare let alone fresh single hops so this was appreciated, but... It didn't shine.
