Tap at Waikiki Maui. Dark amber beer, small head. Aroma is malt, citrus, hops, caramel. Taste is the same, malty, caramel, hoos, citrus. Not bad

On tap at Waikiki Brewing - Waikiki, pours a clear golden bronze with a small white head. Aroma has some resinous hops, bready malt, and toasted caramel. Flavour has a nicely bitter citrus rind character, piney bitterness, and crisp biscuity malt. Finishes very bitter and citrusy. Very good.

On tap at Waikiki location. Clear deep golden with medium off-white head. Aroma is dank hops, medium body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is dank hops and bitter finish.

Tap at the brewpub. Pours med dark amber with a light tan tan head. Medium body. Rather malty roasty with a tan head. Not dry but nicely bitter.

Draft at the Waikiki Maui South Side location. The pour is a slightly hazed brown copper with a 1/2 inch light tan head. The aroma is very faint, perhaps a hint of caramel and a whisper of citrus. The taste is caramel malt back bone right away moving to herbal citrus bitter peel in the back. The palate is medium to light bodied with lower carbonation and a resin bitter finish.

Medium light amber color. Very perfumy with dried apricots and oranges. Low medium bitterness, a bit sweet and muddled, like other beers

Slightly Amber orange. Full of resinous hops, grapefruit, caramel malt. Medium body. Finish is sharp and lasting. A classic west coast IPA. Good.
