Bottle - Pours dark brown tan head - nose/taste of whiskey, coffee, light roast chocolate and oak - medium body.

750ml bottle pours an oily, deep brown with no head. Nose has plenty of dank coffee, but the coffee borders more on the fruity than robust, nutty, mild booze, malt, molasses, light whiskey. Flavor has nutty coffee, some green coffee cherry, vanilla, a little cold medicine, brown sugar/caramel. Oily, flabby finish. A bit of a miss.

Bottle courtesy of GenDV138, thanks! Dark brown color, almost flat. Huge earthy coffee aroma, very light vanilla, very subtle butterscotch. Taste is rish coffee, vanilla, cocoa, dark fruit. Tasty.

The coffee element is done well here but the whiskey barrel is off here. Would be better without the barrel. Pours dark brown with decent head. Bittersweet finish. Bottle.

From a bottle shared at the DC mini tasting in December 2015. Pours a clear coal brown with a thin than head. Coffee nose. Flavors of chocolate and coffee. Rich, roasted finish.

750 ml bottle shared at the DC Mini Tasting. Black with tan head. Aromas of big roasted coffee, dark chocolate, whiskey. Tastes of big coffee, caramel, toffee, milk and dark chocolate, subtle whiskey and oak, a little dark fruit. Full body with a dry finish.
