Draught @ BBB. Pours tiny hazy golden with a small creamy white head that doesn’t leave much trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is tiny malty and tiny spicy with wholegrain crackers, cereal, lemon juice, yoghurt, hay, dry soil, coriander and lemon zest. Taste is sour, salty, slightly malty and tiny spicy. Mouthfeel is dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour and salty with wholegrain crackers, sourdough bread, lemon juice, yoghurt, coriander, minerals and lemon zest. Solid gose! Feels surprisingly traditional. Bit bready perhaps... --- Beer merged from original tick of Förgås on 22 Jul 2015 at 19:23 - Score: 7

Draft at Omnipollos Hatt. Almost clear light golden liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of lemon, coriander, lemon pledge, light grain, light yoghurt and apple skin. Taste is very light sweet and medium sour with notes of lemon, light salt and coriander. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Pretty nice. Well executed and true to style.
