Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy pale yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of herbs, fruit and yeast. Medium body with an herbal tea and apple character, with a bit of earthy yeast in the background. The finish is fruity with a tea-like aftertaste. Decent overall.

Draft. Slightly hazy pale yellow color. Nose has lots of sulphur, fleshy apples. Taste is dry and sulphury, subtle carbonation. Gotta like sulphur to like this one.

LSAT Freedom Trip #122. Keg at the cidery. Hazy pale yellow, thin white head. Aroma of bright apple and kombucha, sweet apples and a hint of cinnamon. The taste is bright, tart apples, tart kombucha finish. Thin bodied, refreshing.
