Frambozschella is the result of the blend of different beers fermented with lactic bacteria and yeasts. It is enriched with beer aged in barrels in the presence of Brettanomyces, a wild yeast that gives a touch of rusticity. The blend is then left to macerate on raspberries for a certain period of time.

Small bubbly shortlasting head, nice slightly cloudy light reddish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, sour raspberry syrup, grass, oak, fruit stones, mild vinegar, berry skin, hay, raspberry candy. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, citrus acid, sour raspberries, fruit stones, berry skin, mild vinegar, oak, sorrel, raspberry syrup. Medium bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.

Rødrosa klar med minimalt hvitt skum. Lukter bringebær, blomster og noe jordbær. Middels fylde. Smaker sure bær, bringebær, sitron, noe trevirke og tørket frukt. Middels lang sursyrlig avslutning. (Beaverex17).

Tap. Hazy reddish color with white head. Aroma is raspberry yoghurt, frozen raspberries. Taste is raspberries, yoghurt, tannic, fresh yeasts, big-bubbled carbonation, but it fits perfectly. Great!

8 3 7 3 15 Draft at Little Delirium, Amsterdam CS. Light hazy red with a small ring head. Aroma of big fresh raspberry, woody oak and vinous notes. Flavour is light to moderate sweet and moderate sour. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
