Keg at Mongoose Vs Cobra. Pours deep amber - brown with a medium tan head. The aroma is musty, funky, bitter - sweet, booze, caramel, herbal, jaegermeister, light spice and earth. The taste is smooth, bitter - sweet, herbal, funky, boozy, treacle, earth, toasted action, some bitterness and wood with a dry, Woody finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Unusual that’s for sure. Not really sure what this is, but it’s interesting.

Owl Farm, Brooklyn tap: pours clear reddish orange with a small whitish head. Aroma is aquavit, booze, brown sugar, and candy. Taste is really strange. It tastes like a cocktail. Aquavit and wood and sugar and lime and god knows what else. I don’t hate this, but am not sure whether I love it either. Makes me want to try the normal goseator.

Draft. Cloudy, almost murky amber color, nearly flat. Aroma has tannins, caramel, dark fruit. Taste is boozy, malty. Doesn’t quite come together.

Würziger, wenig säuerlicher Antrunk. Sehr würzig, Noten der Fasslagerung sind offensichtlich. Hefig würzig, spritzig, sehr rund. Säuerlicher, etwas holziger Abgang. 8/11/11/11//11
