Draught at All In Beer Fest 2018 cons 2018-11-03 Göteborg AR: sour raspberries, AP: pink hazy, wee white head F: sour raspberries, dry

Bright, ultra hazy pink coloured body with a big ruby and even light violet tint with no head at all. Aroma of raspberries, sour lemons, no malt, no hops, no real sugars and a very tart yeast flavour. Light-bodied; Strong herbal and grassy dryness at first that gives way immediately for the tart and fruity notes and a dash of sour and funky yeast notes with a touch of sugar (from the fruit) hanging around and some wheat, but this is very easy drinking. Aftertaste is dry, but very tart, with a lot of raspberries and fruit shining through, but not enough complexity or range to be a great beer by any means, still nice and enjoyable, especially in the summer, still! Overall, a nice and we'll executed fruit-based Berliner-weisse that shows well and is super-easy-to-drink. Worth grabbing if you can find it! I sampled this sixteen ounce pour on draught at Whole Foods in Pentagon City (Arlington), Virginia on 22-September-2017 for US$5,00 sampled at the end of my driveway.

The Sampler, Brooklyn tap: pours pinkish red with a pinkish head. Aroma is light notes of citrus, light funk, spice note, and less raspberry than one would expect. Taste is light sour. Raspberry is subdued. Plenty citrus. Pretty good.

Better than the pineapple version. Pours pink with good head and lacing. Raspberry with some citrus. Tangy finish. Tap at brewery.

Sampled on draft this beer poured a hazy salmon color with a medium sized creamy white head that left good lacing. The aroma was tart, sour and lactic with a vague berry note. The flavor was tart and mildly astringent with berries, yogurt and a hint of spice. Long tart and astringent berry finish. Medium body. Pleasant.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a vibrant red color with a nice fizzy pink head. Aroma was a blast of raspberry, light funky spritz notes. Flavor was tasty light tart notes, with a lot of berry fruit.

Sampled at the brewery pours a murky pink/purple with some ringing pink head. Nose is solid, better than the base, raspberry obviously, straw, lemon, a bit buttery. Flavor is better more straw and lemon with all that tart berry and some yogurt. Lightly tart finish, easy enough drinker without an abrasive amount of acid.
