Bottle. Appearance was clear, golden with a medium head. Aroma was cinnamon with a well balanced average beer smell. The taste was much better then I thought it would be. Pleasant cinnamon taste with a touch of sweetness but not too sweet.

Bottle from a supermarket in Oregon. Aroma is very spicy with an overdose of cinnamon, soft wheaty malt, rice and a hint of citrus and vanilla. Flavour is moderate to medium sweet and mildly bitter. Body is medium. Way too heavy on the cinnamon for my taste.

12 oz. bottle. Pours a cloudy, golden yellow (e.g. lemonade) with a tall, frothy, white head that dissipates slowly. Smells of sweet lemon and cinnamon. Taste is sweet with flavors of cinnamon and lemon candy. It kind of tastes like a lemonade shandy but where the lemon is very understated. The body is light, the texture is thin, the carbonation is average, and the finish is short with a sweet aftertaste.

If I didn’t know this was beer, I would swear that it is a soft drink.

12 oz bottle pulled from the fridge a party, 8/27/16. Orange color. Sweet aroma and flavor of cinnamon, other spices, sweet malts, wheat, cereal, and vanilla. Okay.

12 oz. can. Pours clear, pale gold, with a small, fleeting, grey head. The aroma is vanilla, cinnamon, caramel, and corn syrup. Very sweet flavor, with only a hint of spice. Medium body, creamy, and smooth. This is a nicely spiced, simple, and delicious beer.

12 ounce bottle into pint glass, best before 2/13/2017. Pours lightly hazy pale golden yellow color with a 1-2 finger dense white head with good retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice spotty soapy lacing clings down the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Aromas of cinnamon, vanilla, cream, apple, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of honey, banana, bubblegum, clove, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Nice and pleasant aromas with good balance and complexity of spices, pale malt, and light-moderate yeast ester notes; with solid strength. Taste of cinnamon, vanilla, cream, apple, wheat, and cracker; with lighter notes of honey, banana, bubblegum, clove, herbal, and yeast earthiness. Light herbal bitterness and yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of cinnamon, vanilla, cream, apple, wheat, cracker, light banana/clove, herbal, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Nice complexity, robustness, and balance of spices, pale malt, and light-moderate yeast ester flavors; with a nice malt/bitterness balance, and zero cloying sweetness after the finish. Minimal dryness. Medium carbonation and body; with a very smooth, moderately creamy/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is nice. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 5.5%. Overall this is a nice spiced wheat ale. All around nice complexity, robustness, and balance of spices, pale malt, and light-moderate yeast ester flavors; very smooth and easy to drink. Very flavorful and not too spicy or sweet. A nicely enjoyable offering.

Decent, if you try hard enough it kind of tastes like horchata.

Bottle. Pours hazy pale yellow with large foamy white head, cinnamon aroma, low carbonation, sweetish citrus taste with cinnamon flavor, thin body, long citrusy finish. It’s rather like a lemonade with cinnamon.
