4 oz pour on draft at Forge. Clear dark amber with off-white head. Aromas of caramel, dark fruit. Tastes of dark fruit, herbs, candied fruit, caramel. Medium body with a dry finish. Alcohol seems well masked. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewery. Poured a cloudy, ruby brown color with a small off-white head. Aroma was notes of dark fruits, bready malts. Flavor was sweet, a bit sweeter than I had hoped. Some dark fruits, malts. Decent though.

Bottle from Forge. Pours hazy chestnut, small kinda fizzy beige head, dissipates leaving a small residual and some lacing. Aroma is malty, dark breads, a bit of ash, raisin. Flavor is medium sweet, light bitter, malty, dark fruits and dark breads, a bit of acidity. Medium body, lingering malty, molasses feel. Not bad.
