Une bière des « pays tremblants & couverts de mousse », aurait-on écrit au début de la colonie. Un pied dans le nord et l’autre dans le sud tourbeux, le riche fruit rouge de baptême iroquois (ou européen) partage sa renommée astringence avec d’autres aromates du territoire, offrant un bouquet de saveurs toutes québécoises! SANTÉ!

Fairly clean, amber colour with a reddish hue, a frothy white-pînkish head, good stay and some foamy lacing left. Mild, fruity, cranberry aromas with tangy notes, mild tart, and sourness. The cranberries shine nicely in the taste with the sour touch, tartiness, light saltiness, puckering nicely in the aftertaste. Quite a nice, refreshing, cranberry Gose that fits Christmas.
