750 ml corked and caged bottle. Murky brown color topped by a brief beige head. Earthy, yeasty plum-like nose. Sour apple flavor has a yeast and goat cheese character. Quite tart and doughy. Prune and barnyard funk in finish.

On tap at the Modern Times Festival of Funk. It pours a brown color with a khaki head. The aroma has some dark fruit. Mostly plum and raisin. Nice tartness on the nose. The flavor has an interesting herbal note with some tart dark fruity plum, raisin notes. Interesting stuff. No vinegar or acetone.

Bottle at the November DC Gathering. With some 3D glasses and a 3D label. Poured a murky brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was not very good, kind of a plastic, dusty basement of a used book store. Flavor was much nicer. Tart notes were okay.

750ml bottle pours a murky, cola brown with some cloudy, white head. Nose is weird, very heral, musty, some wet paper, pond water. Flavor has acid, rotten strawberry, trash, tabacco, tarragon. A mess.

Bottle at the DC Gathering. Cool 3D label. Murky brown with beige head. Aromas of vinegar, berries, tart notes. Tastes of big tart notes, vinegar, cherries, berries. Medium-light body with a dry finish.

Bottle. Hazy maroon brown color, off white edge head. Aroma of sweet and sour plums. Taste is softly sour dark fruit. Nice.
