75cl bottle shared with Sophie @ the in-laws, Eecke, France. Pours clear gold. Aroma is sweet apple. Taste is bright, fizzy and extremely dry. Fruitiness seems to dissipate immediately with the dry finish. Refreshing but too fizzy.

Bottle sample. Hazy to slightly cloudy golden yellow color, white edge head. Funky, tart barnyard nose. Taste is tart dusty fruit, hi carbonation, bone dry quick finish. Very tasty.
