330 ml bottle into pint glass. 43° Celsius in Sydney today so maybe a cider/soda water hybrid is needed. Pale yellow with medium carbonation. No head. Nose was originally tart apples but then.....nothing. A little zingy, taste is slight sherbet. Finish is lingering apple cores. Goes down real quick in this weather.
