Taster on tap at Beer Deluxe, Barangaroo. Specifically described on the tap badge as 'English style'. Pale amber beer with thin white head. Light carbonation. Spicy hoppy, malty aroma. Full-bodied with a sweet fruit taste. The finish is long and complex with sherbet, aniseed, and notes of alcohol before the drying bitterness encourages another sip. Nice.
