Meet our Brut Rosé, a juicy, sexy cider that will make your mouth water. An ode to sensuality. Brut nature, or bone dry and completely natural (hot). A soft and subtle apple flavour from a collection of apples from Gastendonk in Sevenum that flirts with your taste buds. A mix of Wellant, Elstar and Jonagold apples, enriched with a touch of elderberry that gives it its characteristic pink colour and a hint of juiciness.
Brut Rosé is not just any cider, but an exciting companion. With 5% alcohol, it is light and accessible, but far from ordinary.

Bottle from Vott webshop. Hazy purple with short lasting white head. Quite some elderberries, plums, sweet apple, light mineral, a touch of funk, strawberries. Under medium seeet, light sour and bitter. Solid medium bodied, just medium dry. Not especially "bone dry" like it says on the label, but a pretty decent fruity Dutch cider. I guess the elderberries really help.

Aus der Flasche (bbe 31.12.2030) im 2025-11 getrunken. Dieses rose farbende Cider mit einem deutlichen Apfelaroma daher. Das Apfelaroma hat eine gute Balance zwischen saure und bittere Äpfelaromen. Eine Süsse ist kaum zu entdecken. Schönes Cider was durch seine Aromen etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit einforder als ein übliches Pub-Cider. Lecker!
