For our 8th birthday we've taken the opportunity to work with some wonderful breweries. With Third Moon, we've created a DIPA, working on new techniques to cram as much body and hop aroma in as we can, with several hop formats, carefully staged timings & with a different fermentation path to our usual. This edition uses a huge hop bill of Cryo Nectaron, Nectaron & Citra HyperBoost.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A mild to medium haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Smooth malts, a soft creamy sweetness. Pine hops into something pretty floral and a little tangy. Some ripe citrus underneath. Tangy citrus on the semi dry finish. Doesn't taste quite right to me this brew, certainly not something I want to drink much of.

Hazed orange topped with a just off white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is ripe tropicana, grass, pine resin, mango, mandarin, bitter orange.
Taste comprises grapefruit, putty, light stone fruit, mandarin, ripe melon, grass.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness allied to a mellow boost.
Tidy DIPA.
