Brewery draught, 11/24/25, as pictured.
Interesting, unique nose. Not just your typical tropical fruit meets citrus and white grape. There's gummy fruit, floral notes, funk and lots of bright peach. Soft, honey-like malts gently balance. Good acidity with no twang, alcohol or resin.
Really nice acidity here and tons of spicy green character but not big herb. Some mineral and white grape but more unusual tropical fruit and random fruit salad mix. Soft, malty, good dryness, great bitterness to balance.
