Still in excellent shape and showing a true West Coast grapefruit and lighter pine with floral accents and light toast. Either a very strong yeast character or intense hop acidity or some light alcohol. Hard to say which one.
Soft, very malty, nearly becoming too much so, but it's not too caramel or toast forward and there's a good honey and slight graham cracker character. Big grapefruit, some peach, low pine. No obnoxious resin, but nicely bittered. Balanced, malty, hoppy goodness. Would love to go back and stay on their lovely farm again.
