Clouded yellow from bottle. Smells of ginger and citrus and spice. Tart, salty lemony. Refreshing.

On tap at Off Color - The Mousetrap, pours a cloudy hazy pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals lots of yuzu, tart citrus and a touch of lacto. Flavour is very subtle, with lots of tart citrus, sweet citrus, and lacto. Yogurty, citrusy and sweet. Not bad.

On tap at Paradiso Pizza - Georgetown. Hazy pale yellow, small white head. Tart fruit. Hint of oak, white wine, funk, bit of citrus, presumably the yuzu. Refreshing.

Slightly hazy very light blonde and yellow coloured body with a thin, pure white head that fades quite quickly. Aroma of grass, lactose, light soured fruit with some citrus and lemons along with a puckering kick and a dose of wheat as well near the end. Light-bodied; Lightly soured flavour at first with some citrus, lemons, light grain and especially more noticeable tart lactose and soured yeast quality throughout with a very light and subdued malt with the wheat and coriander seed noticeable, which makes this very fresh and easy-drinking. Aftertaste shows some of the lemon and citrus, but more of the sweetness, refreshing wheat and coriander seed and somehow - even more of the lactose, brett and soured yeast characteristics. Overall, a nice and interesting beer with a good profile throughout and with a low alcohol and very easy-drinking character, this one was nice and flavourful, despite the simplicity, yet showed a lot of compexity towards the style. I sampled this twelve ounce bottle purchased from GlenRo Spirit Shoppe in Monroe, Connecticut on 10-March-2018 for US$1,00 sampled at home in Washington on 07-July-2018.

Refrigerated 12 oz. brown bottle best before October 28, 2017 poured into a glass. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is tart, medium/light body, medium carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is tart lemon. This holds up pretty well.

Somewhere: pours hazy orange with white head. Aroma is yuzus, basements, weird funkiness. Taste is super yuzu citrus, yeasty funk. Rather sour. Nice aftertaste.

Bottle from Gambrinus. Pours a clearish gold with a small white head. Light tart lacto yogurt aromas with some lemon and gooseberry notes as it warms. Light on the palate, slightly creamy. Lemon curd. Tart finish that lingers. Didn’t find any yuzu in my bottle. Still an eloquent take on the style.

Sampled from the tap at the GTMW 2016. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has really tart sour yuzu with some light wheat and acid backing. Flavor is yuzu forward and quite tart with some wheat growing in the finish.
