Sampled from the tap at the GTMW 2016. Pours a cloudy light yellow with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has really tart sour yuzu with some light wheat and acid backing. Flavor is yuzu forward and quite tart with some wheat growing in the finish.

Bot and a very good beer at that! Pours like any other pale beer but the similarities end there. This probably should be a sour or wild beer. It is tart on the nose and this carries thru to the taste. Very good co2 and the flavor is simply yummy. No hints of bitterness in this at all. Just a plain old well behaved tart beer, soooo good yea! Lemony tart brew fer sure, could really drink a sixer of this on a hot day and it aint so bad in the winter either. Nice job OC! Thus, it is simply lovely stuff, quite tasty and lacks any ill attributes so prevalent in common ales. Its gone already! Should have a few of these bots at $3 each.

On tap @ The Forge Fort Collins. Clear, light yellow golden appearance with a white head. Lemon lime soda, guava, passion fruit in the aroma. Light body, low sweetness, low bitterness, moderately tart. Really drinkable. Juicy. Great season beer. I’d definitely buy this again if it’s available at a reasonable price.

12 ounce bottle into tulip glass, no bottle dating. Pours fairly hazy/cloudy bright golden yellow color with a 1 finger dense and fluffy white head with good retention, that reduces to a thin spotty cap that lingers. Light spotty soapy lacing clings around the glass. Aromas of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light funk, and yeast earthiness. Fantastic aromas with great balance and complexity fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, and light-moderate pale malt notes; with great strength. Very vibrant and fresh smelling. Taste of big tart lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, wheat, cracker, hay, straw, grass, light pepper/funk, and yeast earthiness. Moderate amount of fruity/acidic tartness and light yeast spiciness on the finish; with lingering notes of lemon, lime, grapefruit, orange peel, green apple, hay, straw, light funk, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; with a great malt/tartness balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Good amount of dryness from acidity and carbonation as well. Medium-high carbonation and light body; with a very smooth, crisp, fairly acidic, and slightly creamy/bready mouthfeel that is great. Alcoohl is very well hidden with zero warming present after the finish as expected of 3.8%. Overall this is an outstanding fruited Berliner weisse style. All around awesome complexity, robustness, and balance of fruity/acidic yeast, yuzu, and light-moderate pale malt flavors; and very smooth, crisp, and refreshing to drink. A highly enjoyable offering.

4oz draft pour at Churchkey. Poured a vibrant golden color with a small white head. Aroma was light fruity notes. Lots of citrus, almost like lime zest. Very easy to drink given the low abv.

4 oz pour on draft at ChurchKey. Clear yellow with off-white head. Aromas of big lemon, herbs. Tastes of lemon and herbs. Light body with a dry finish. Sort of reminds me of a lemon pepper flavored combination.
