750ml bottle pours a murky yellow with basically no head. Nose has a lot happening, apples, green grapes, lemon, mild cheese cloth, a little candlewax. Flavor is very lemony, tart green apples and green apple skins, green grapes, some passion fruit, a little guava too. Finishes lightly tart, lightly acetic. Pretty nice.

Tap @ ANXO, Washington, DC. Pours nearly clear pale straw with no head. Muffled aroma of basement and crisp apples, with notes of fermentation. Dry, lingering flavour of crisp apples, increasing in acidity and ending on a long, vinous note wit dusty touches. Rough and ready. Very decent.

Tap at ANXO. Pours clear straw, no head or lacing. Aroma is super funky, apples, mustiness. Flavor is light tart, really Bretty funky, hints of cheese. Light plus body, funky and cheesy. Yum!

6 oz pour on draft at Colony Club during the Anxo pop-up event. Hazy yellow. Aromas of sweet apples. Tastes of tart apples, white wine, light funk. Light body with a dry finish. Very nice tart cider.

Draft at Colony Club. Hazy yellow color, edge bubbles. Aroma has light tannins, subtle floral citrus. Taste starts sweetish but continues with a tart edge. Very drinkable. Wishing Sam & Rachel the best of luck with their new venture!
