Draft @ rattle & hum. Not much head at all. Tastes ok but overall kind of blah blah blah. inoffensive I guess.

On tap @ Barcade. A blurry deep golden one with a small lasting off-white head. Smells mild hopped. Some ripe fruits and a little bit of crackers. Decent, nothing more. Easy to drink. Its mild oily in the mouth and below average on the carbonation. Not a horrible tasting lager this actually. More vienna like IMO. Biscuity in a way, a little sweetness. Kinda floral in the taste. Its nothing Im gonna remember for too long for the flavor, but Ill definitely remember it due to the time I went to Barcade in NYC. 19.06.2015

Bottle. Clear amber color, medium off white head. Aroma of toasted biscuit. Taste is malty, slightly nutty, slight earthy. Good example of the style.

Can sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks Amit. Clear deep gold. Aroma of malt, caramel and floral hops. Sweetish flavor with malt, floral hops, a bit of caramel and a nice bitter finish, a bit piney. Light to medium-bodied. Decent.

Pint Glass: Pours a slightly dark yet clear red body with a decent transparency, one finger white foamy head; Aroma is malty with a decent amount of caramel added to it, Taste is mainly sweet through previously mentioned flavors, palate is slightly light/maybe medium, somewhat sessionable; Overall: ok, not bad, pretty sure I would have again, as its good for its style and good for me

Sample at the Ping Pong, Foosball, and Great Beer tasting on 03/03/2012. Pours a slightly hazy yellow-amber color with a medium white head that evaporates steadily. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of fruit and caramel malt. Light body with flavors of toasted malt, caramel and ripe fruit. The finish is sweet and malty with a slightly hoppy aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

pale lagers are not my thing, but this was better than most. noticeble difference in this to macros, more emphasis on the bready malts, just enough hops to balance it out in the end. not bad.

Nice foamy pour but controlable. Rocky head. Don’t see many lagers with gunk on the bottom of the bottle. Smell is a little lemony at times. Really sharp and rude for a lager, has many ale attributes. It quite bitter bordering on IPA territory if thats possible. Maybe they mixed up the label on this one, heheh. Nasty heavy vanilla er sumthin going on here. I didn’t see the percentile but I bet it rates quite high here. Now I see it has a 50% for overall and a 93% for style, figures. Yes quite big in personality. It says 5% but let me tell you it feels more like 7%. Impressed. Didn’t expect this from a lager, wew.

Bottle. Very good for a lager. Pours a hazy amber with a decent white head. Left lacing. Big, malty nose with some fruity hints to it. Flavor is rich and smooth, heavy on the sweet malts with a touch of caramel. Medium in body with mild carbonation. Some pleasant bitterness in the finish and aftertaste. I would buy again if I’m looking for something light and smooth, well made brew
