Bottle from Bring on the Beer. Solid black. Light doesn’t even pass through. Hardly any head. Aroma was sweet creamy coffee. Taste was a little bitter for a sweet stout but still very tasty.

Excellent flavored milk stout. Aroma is fresh coffee, cocoa, dark sweet malts. Flavor’s very much like nose, extremely harmonious, with perfect body and finish. Super drinkable.

On tap very dark down with a nice tight tan head. Not the classic whipped cream looking nitro lid but more coarse and with visible bubbles. Not sure if their serving equipment/gas is right. Very nice blend in the aroma of chocolate coffee and moderate roast. Quite a bit of lactose sweetness in the flavors. Light on the coffee and pretty tame bitterness. Delicious dark sweet beer that has a little heft as well at 7.6%

Bottle from Brewery Creek, Vancouver
Dark brown color, near black; small head. Nice aroma of coffee jar. Lean body, but strong enough; very nice caramel flavor and a hint of nice coffee.
Excellent.

Tap at Eclipse Chocolate in SD - in a beer float. Pleasantly bitter and rich palate but hard to really judge given the delicious vanilla ice cream in it.

Big bottle bought in Bainbridge liquor store. Pleasant intense aroma with coffee (and latte) notes. Soft taste with coffee and cocoa notes. Well balanced, decent one. One of the best Milk Stout I’ve tried.

On tap at Rustico Ballston pours a murky black with some tight, white head. Nose has some chocolate, coffee, light vanilla, malt, burnt brown sugar. Flavor follows, coffee and malt, light turbinado sugar, a little marshmellow. Solid.

Bottle. Dark mahogany-brown beer with a tan head. Lactose and light coffee aroma. Coffee and lactose flavor with light malt. Medium bodied. Coffee and lactose lingers with light caramel. Nice balance.
