Can picked up from Craftbeershop, webshop, Parchim, Germany, consumed at home Sunday 29th March 2026 after another hard day (actually half day) of gardening (mostly cutting back the old apple tree). We're making Roasted Red Pepper & Tomato Soup, also a Chorizo, Fennel and Potato Soup also a Mushroom and Madeira Soup and a Roasted Cauliflower Soup, we're also going to make a Broccoli Soup 😄, it's soup Sunday. Listening to the new album from Deadletter - Existence is Bliss. Pours hazy warm gold with a large white head, nicely bitter, in fact the bittersweet balance is excellent. Sweetness, malty initially with a lengthy bitterness and a pithy slightly drying finish. A little piney and resinous, this is one of the better German West Coast IPAs that I've had recently.
