A bright & effervescent wild ale with lively acidity, aged on 600 pounds of plums (Stanley, Stark, Varnier, Early Golden & Formosa plum varietals) sourced from Smucker Farms & Toigo Orchards (Lancaster/Shippensburg, PA), soured in our horizontal lacto tank & fermented with a mix of Belgian yeasts + Brettanomyces Clausenii.

On tap at the brewery, pours a hazy purple with a ring of white head. Nose has some mild vinegar acid, some distinct blackberry/raspberry, some straw, a touch buttery maybe. Flavor is fairly simple, lemon juice, raspberry/blackberry, a little strawberry vinaigrette. Tart finish.
