Our edition of fruit sours continues with a combination of two distinctive flavours – sweet strawberries and tropical guava. Both give the beer a distinctly fruity character that is balanced and not overly sweet.
Sour Strawberry Guava is a fruity sour in which we have combined two distinctive ingredients – sweet strawberries and tropical guava. The guava brings an aromatic base with a slightly tangy tropical character, while the strawberry balances the overall profile with a subtle sweetness and roundness. The acidity of the beer is deliberately kept at a pleasant level so as not to overwhelm the flavours of the fruits and leave room for their natural expression. This makes the beer very clear, juicy and drinkable even for those who don’t normally seek out sours.

Med body, med carbo. Med-light sour and sweet. Not very beery. Med-high guava, med-light strawb, fermented out, nice. Overall nice, even if not my fav.

Tap at Pivní zastávka. Murky ochreish-salmon body, thick beige head. Enormous, sharp guava-driven aroma, lactic notes and low strawberry. Almost minty guava taste, low lactic sourness. The strawberry got drowned out mostly, some vague background vibes mostly... Pretty drinkable, very summery. Shame it's 3 degrees Celsius outside.
