75cl bottle at tasting. thx VastActiv!.
Poured slightly unclear and golden in color.
Pears, light yeasty aroma. Light bodied, spicy sharp. Dry. Elderflower is overpowering. Summery for sure.

Sweetish, slightly floral and earthy with some stuffy yeastiness, hints of tartness and farmyardy notes. Soft and easy going.

Bottle. Color: Lightly hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Spicy, floral, hints of citrus fruit. Taste: Spicy, floral notes, elderflower, earthy, some orange and hints of lemon, dry-ish long lasting finish with a nice amount of bitterness. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice complexity.
