With Makemake, we've created an IPA, experimenting with our fermentation profile and hop additions to create a thiol driven, ester heavy beer with heady stone fruit aromas. This edition uses Cryo Citra, Cryo Mosaic, Nectaron & Strata.

Panda thanks to Cloin. A light haze on this gold beer, small and short lived bubbly pale cream colour head. Slightly thin palate, mildly dry, decent fine minerally carbonation. Thin malt mouthfeel, sweet enough, a little too sweet for me. Cooling pine into perfumey candy fruits. Touch of Nelson, if you are looking for it. Soft and somewhat ripe citrus. Smooth finish. Overall too sweet in my book.

Citrusy pink grapefruit and pomelo, satsuma, nice and juicy, some melon and a touch of pineapple and lychee into the mix, semi sweet malty backing, light bitter hoppy finish. Good stuff.

Nose is bitter orange, grass, grapefruit, pine nibble.
Taste comprises citric tinged straw, grass, pineapple, melon, grapefruit.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spliced with juicy come grassy hop bitterness.
Tidy IPA.
