Nice slightly fizzy-creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is fresh sour-ish, red berries, mild vinegar, oak, caramel malts, berry skin, sorrel, weeds, grass, berry skin. Taste is slightly sour-ish dry, red berries, fruit stones, oak, sorrel, berry skin, mild vinegar, grass, citrus acid. Medium bitterness, slightly dry acidic mouthfeel. Nice.

A hazy golden beer wtih a white head. The aroma has notes of brettanomyces, straw, and fruits. The flavor is sour with notes of brettanomyces, straw, and fruits, leading to a tart finish.

750 ml bottle from Dec 2014. Aging well. Pours a cloudy amber with light head. Aromas of jammy stoned fruit, brett, leather, and grapes. Flavors of same, creamy and sour, really mellowing out and leaning towards tart fruitiness. Great stuff

Draught@CBC2015. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, wooden, some sour notes. Flavour is wooden, fruity, herbal, some floral and mild resiny notes along with a mellow sourness to it.

Draught @ CBC 2015 [ Green Session ]. - Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2015, Sparta Hallen, Gunnar Nu Hansens Plads 11, 2100 Copenhagen, Denmark [ As Brekeriet Barrique Rox ].Light unclear medium amber orange color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, tart fruit, barrel, wood, light vinegar, light funky. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, tart fruit, sour, wood - barrel, baking yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150502]

CBC Green Session. Keg. Mildly hazy amber beer, small pale cream colour head. Palate is crisp and dry. Modest sourness. Dried fruits. Light dry finish. Fruity and not too sour.
