dark brown colour, large, dense beige head; aroma of chocolate, herbal liqueur, some dried plum and sour cherry, ash, as well as minimal vegetable notes; taste of herbal liqueur, chocolate, some minimal dried plum (and sour cherry, though less intensively) and syrupy notes; itβs much better thaan I expected based on its ratings...at least for me :-)

33cl bottle. Dark brown pour with a thin tan head. Smells of roasted malts, smoke, caramel. The roaste malts and caramel taste dominates, alongside notes of milk chocolate and cold coffee. More towards an oatmeal stout than a baltic porter.

Tap at de Wildeman, 2nd December 15. Pours black and a big head, that takes some time to settle. The aroma is roasted malts, slight liquorice, coffee, yeast. Taste is roasty, slight bitter some Brett. Slightly wild slight sour. Nice stuff

Bottle picked up (somewhere in the Netherlands) Sunday 12th October 2015. Pours dark brown with a sticky light beige head. A little floaty some cocoa powder. Quite thick in the mouth, smooth and surprisingly soft (nice carbonation) a little bitter bonfire toffee. Very easy drinking big porter a bit of wood ash in the mouth, a touch roasty. Nice beer.
