Dark pink with a creamy, white head. Berry mix with a touch of pomegranate. Taste is sour with a touch of lactose sweetness and citric, fermenting orange peel. Finishes sour with lingering cinnamon. Medium bodied, mild carbonation. Interesting, but wouldn’t necessarily get again.

1/12/2025. Draft at Mikkeller Bar, London. Just stupidly good. Mulled elements are subtle but present, great sweet and tart mix. So drinkable.

Rather full body, med-high carbo too. Med-high sweet, med simple sour, light bitter and tart. Lots of berries, I even get some phantom plums. Lots of spices too, cinnamon on top, med clove. Works well, is tasty, even if not very sophisticated.
